Chambers Beats LLC ("Chambers," "we," "us," "our") owns the website chambersmixedit.com ("site"), selling products and services including, but not limited to, courses, classes, sound kits, drums, MIDI, samples, loops, beats, coaching, and their respective visual assets ("products").

By using our site and/or purchasing a product, you accept and agree to these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our site or products. For questions, Contact Chambers.

Product Terms (applies to all)

• Chambers is the sole owner and copyright holder of all products.

• You may not share, resell, or transfer products to another party.

• You may not copy, duplicate, reproduce, upload, distribute, or copyright products in any way.

• All products are digital downloads that you may keep indefinitely.

• All rights not expressly granted remain with Chambers.

Courses​

• Chambers owns all course videos and included files.

• Videos may not be shared, resold, copied, distributed, or uploaded.

• Courses are for individual customer use only.

• If courses include extra files (MIDI, audio, drums etc.), those files are subject to their respective terms below.

Drums​

• Chambers owns all files in these kits.

• Drum files are 100% royalty-free for both major and non-major releases.

Loops, Samples, and MIDI​

• Chambers owns all files in these kits.

• Non-major releases: These files are 100% royalty-free. Use is permitted at no additional cost.

• Major releases: If a project using these files is placed with a major artist or label, clearance must be obtained before release. Chambers must receive an agreed upon publishing royalty and be credited. Contact Chambers.​

Presets​

• Chambers owns all files in these packs.

• Presets are 100% royalty-free for both major and non-major releases.

​

Beats​

• Chambers owns all instrumentals available for purchase.

• All beats for sale are standard MP3 leases. Contact Chambers for exclusive rights.

• All beats are subject to Chambers’ Beat Licensing Agreement.

Coaching

• Once details are confirmed, full payment must be made before the start of any session.

​

Visuals​

• Visuals include any site or product assets (graphic design, product images, pictures, videos, etc).

• Unless associated with a specific project, artist, brand identity or logo, all visuals are created and owned by Chambers.

• You may not sell, duplicate, upload, distribute, or copyright these visuals in any way.

Site Terms

1. Refunds
All products are digital goods, therefore refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. In the rare case that a mistake is made such as purchasing the same product twice, please Contact Chambers for assistance.

2. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

3. Liability
Chambers’ liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for any products.

​​

4. Breach of Agreement
Legal action will be taken against individuals or companies that violate these terms. You agree not to damage, hack, or interfere with this site. Any such attempt makes you liable for all damages incurred.

5. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of New York State. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of New York courts.

6. Term Updates

These terms may be updated without prior notice. The updated version will be effective as soon as it's published, indicated by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of this site constitutes acceptance of changes.
